These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 8fat (hereinafter "8fat", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://8fat.cam (the "Platform").

• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of 8fat or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or service providers.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, operator exclusion, or any regulatory exclusion from online gambling at the time of registration or thereafter.

To access the full features of the 8fat Platform, including the ability to make deposits, place wagers, and request withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and, where applicable, the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

4.1 Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to update such information promptly should it change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, nor permit any other person to access your Account. 8fat will never solicit your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify 8fat's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 8fat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 KYC Documents

8fat reserves the right to request the following documents at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method(s) used to fund the Account (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account, or a bank statement from your Maybank or CIMB account).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, 8fat may request documentation demonstrating the lawful origin of funds deposited into your Account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests.

8fat accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating FPX member banks
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) — subject to current exchange rates at time of deposit

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet and FPX are typically credited to your Account balance in real time or within minutes of a successful transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and may take longer to reflect in your balance.

5.3 Player Funds

All funds deposited by Players are treated as player funds and are not used for operational purposes. 8fat maintains appropriate separation of player funds from operational funds. However, 8fat does not guarantee that player funds are held in a segregated trust account unless explicitly stated elsewhere.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an approved alternative method where the original method is unavailable. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Eligibility Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of 8fat's compliance team before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances must be fully met prior to the withdrawal of any funds derived from bonus activity.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits as displayed in the cashier section.
• Your Account must be in good standing — free from active disputes, chargeback investigations, fraud alerts, or compliance holds.

6.2 Processing Times

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.): 30 minutes to 2 business hours, subject to banking system availability.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): Subject to blockchain network confirmation; typically completed within 1 hour but may be longer during network congestion.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. 8fat reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold.

8fat offers a range of promotional bonuses to its players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times).
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or game round is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500 or as specified in the individual promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, may contribute 10–20%. Crash games and instant-win titles may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution table is published with each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period specified in the individual promotion terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Sticky Bonuses: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses issued by 8fat are "sticky" — meaning the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn, only the net winnings generated from bonus play (above the bonus value) may be subject to withdrawal, subject to wagering and cashout caps.
• Maximum Cashout: Where a maximum cashout cap applies to a bonus, it will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap will not be transferred to your withdrawable balance.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

8fat reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion between accounts, exploitation of software errors, or use of automated betting software or systems designed to generate guaranteed profits from bonuses.

7.3 Birthday & Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited based on VIP tier membership at the time of the player's registered birthday date. Referral bonuses are awarded when both the referring player and the referred player meet the qualifying conditions set out in the active referral promotion. All such bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 8fat Platform:

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 8fat operates on the principle that once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in the specific circumstances permitted under these Terms or the applicable game-specific rules. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirming placement.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or technical fault that results in an incorrect payout, incorrect odds display, or an otherwise erroneous game outcome, 8fat reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to players' accounts. 8fat accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such events.

8.3 Odds and Payouts

All odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time. 8fat reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, in response to significant events such as injuries, red cards in football matches (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, etc.), or other material developments.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winning limits may apply to individual bets, parlay combinations, and casino game sessions. Where applicable, such limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. 8fat reserves the right to limit payout on any single event or game session at its absolute discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8fat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or under a different name.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any algorithm designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors to generate winning positions that would not arise under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Engaging in collusion or chip-dumping in poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or drug trafficking.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Attempting to circumvent any geolocation restriction or IP block implemented by 8fat through the use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 8fat support staff or other players in any communication channel.

All content available on the 8fat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 8fat or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8fat.

The 8fat name, logo, and all related product and service names and slogans are trademarks of 8fat. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of 8fat.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8fat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of 8fat's servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar malicious code which may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Platform.

8fat's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8fat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 Age Restriction

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 8fat;
• Commencement of a chargeback or payment dispute on any deposit made to the Platform;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more (dormant account policy);
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account Holder.

In the event of account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, 8fat reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the Account pending investigation. Where closure is effected for any other reason, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

All determinations made by 8fat's compliance team in respect of disputes arising from game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account decisions shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
